What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance and legal roles
- Build specialist talent pipelines across FP&A, controllership, tax, and legal
- Partner with clients to understand global-company context and compliance needs
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Maintain strong candidate relationships for repeat and referral hiring
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in finance and/or legal hiring
- Understanding of GCC finance/legal function structures preferred
- Strong network within India's finance and legal talent community
- Detail-oriented with excellent candidate management skills
