What You'll Do
- Build and maintain compensation benchmarking data by role, level, and city
- Conduct primary research via candidate and hiring manager conversations
- Produce structured market intelligence reports for client delivery
- Track talent supply-demand trends across key GCC hubs
- Support the team with ad-hoc research requests
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in research, analytics, or talent intelligence roles
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfort with data visualization tools a plus
- Excellent written communication for report writing
- Curiosity about labor market trends and GCC hiring dynamics
