What You'll Do
- Own delivery for all healthcare vertical hiring mandates
- Build and mentor a small team of healthcare-focused recruiters
- Develop specialist sourcing strategies for clinical and regulatory roles
- Serve as the senior escalation point for healthcare client accounts
- Track and report on vertical-level hiring metrics
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in recruiting, with healthcare/life sciences hiring experience
- Working knowledge of clinical ops, regulatory affairs, or medical coding domains
- Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong client-facing communication skills
