Bangalore Full-time Talent Delivery Senior
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech roles across multiple GCC clients
- Build and maintain a pre-vetted pipeline of senior engineering talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screening calls and coordinate panel interviews
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through to onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in tech/engineering hiring
- Experience hiring for GCCs or global enterprises preferred
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
