What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with BFSI GCC clients
- Translate client hiring needs into clear mandates for the recruiting team
- Track delivery against SLAs and proactively flag risks
- Run regular business reviews with client stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in account management, client success, or staffing operations
- Familiarity with BFSI hiring needs (risk, compliance, fintech) a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working with global, matrix-structured stakeholders
