This Privacy Policy explains how WeHireIn ("WeHireIn," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit wehirein.com, apply for an internal or client-side job posting through our site, or submit a hiring enquiry as a client. It applies to candidates, client contacts, and general website visitors.

We collect personal data directly from you in the following situations:

• Job applications (via /careers or /jobs): your name, email address, phone number, resume/CV file, and any answers you provide to role-specific application questions.
• Hiring enquiries (via /contact): your name, company name, work email, phone number, hiring function, hiring volume, and any message you include.
• Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated by normal web hosting infrastructure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health, religion, biometric data) unless you voluntarily include it in your resume or message to us.

• To evaluate your job application and match you with relevant open roles.
• To respond to your hiring enquiry and provide a tailored talent strategy.
• To communicate with you about your application or enquiry status.
• To maintain records of candidates and clients for our recruitment operations.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Job application data (resumes and form responses) is stored in Google Drive and Google Sheets, organized by role, under Google's standard infrastructure security controls. Hiring enquiry details are transmitted via email (Gmail) to our team. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Client GCCs: if you apply to a client job posting (/jobs) and are shortlisted, your application details are shared with the relevant client so they can proceed with their hiring process. Client identity is not disclosed to you until you are shortlisted.
• Service providers: Google (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) as our infrastructure provider, under their own data processing terms.
• We do not share your data with any other third party without your consent, except where required by law.

We retain candidate application data for as long as reasonably necessary to consider you for current and future relevant roles, or until you request deletion. Hiring enquiry data is retained for our business records. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We rely on Google's infrastructure security for data storage and transmission (Drive, Sheets, Gmail), and restrict access to candidate and client data to authorized WeHireIn personnel only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may, at any time, contact us to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data from our records.
• Withdraw consent for us to retain your application for future roles.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or of legal working age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
